The formation of ethylene vinyl acetate composites filled with quasicrystalline Al–Cu–Fe and Al–Cu–Cr particles is an interesting direction in the field of materials science. These composites have unique mechanical and thermal properties, making them promising for applications in a variety of industries, including electronics, automotive and packaging.

Quasicrystals, being natural superstructures, can significantly increase the rigidity and strength of the polymer base. The process of forming such composites includes a uniform distribution of quasicrystalline particles in an ethylene vinyl acetate matrix, which improves adhesion between components and, as a result, increases the overall resistance of the material to external influences.

Research shows that adding Al-Cu-Fe and Al-Cu-Cr quasicrystals to ethylene vinyl acetate achieves not only improved mechanical strength, but also thermal stability, which is key for high-stress applications. An important aspect is also the analysis of the influence of the shape and size of additives, which opens new horizons for further innovation in the creation of new generation composite materials.
