The content of Al and Ti varies from 40 at. % to 70 at. %. For Cu and Zr, the content is from 10 at. % to 40 at. %. The total proportion of at least one element from the group containing Fe, Co, Ni and Cr is in the range from 10 to 30 at. %. The O level is from 10 at. % to 30 at. %. The film of the hydrophobic alloy demonstrates a quasi-crystalline structure and contains nanoparticles.
